BOOKINGS NOW BEING TAKEN - RE-OPENING ON MONDAY 6TH JULY 2020
Following government guidelines and in line with the planned reopening of the hospitality and leisure industry, we are re-openIng on Monday 6th July 2020
Pre booking essential –by phone or email (no unannounced visitors to yard)
Online completion of Rider Registration Form prior to arrival (a link to complete will be emailed to you prior to attending)
Please don’t attend if you, or any members of your household have symptoms of Covid-19, or have been in contact with someone with symptoms.
Payment by card or BACS preferable – if cash to be in a sealed envelope with name on front
Only experienced riders able to mount and adjust own girth, stirrups
No unaccompanied minors on rides (although if you have ridden with us previously and you are under 18, please get in tocuh)
Full Day rides – bring your own picnics for all rides and bring along some hand gel
Please don’t arrive any earlier than 15mins before your allocated ride time and depart promptly when finished.
No accompanying adults onto the yard (unless help is needed to mount and then only 1 person per rider)
Own equipment, including clean gloves, and hat meeting the current British Standard must be worn
Bring along your own PPE (Face Covering, gloves)
Hand sanitizer stations to be located on arrival and departure – please use them
Toilet facilities are available, but please follow disinfecting procedures
No admission to the office or indoor stables/stalls

Joe returns to Murthwaite
I'm sure many of you will be very happy to learn that I have purchased Joe back and he will be at Murthwaite available for rides and lessons with Emma.
We have missed him!!!
Xmas Beach Rides - 2020
Dust off your Xmas jumpers and join us for a 2hr beach ride complete with tinsel decorated horses!!!
Mulled wine and mince pies on return, along with our Murthwaite festive rosette!
£75pp - booking early is essential.

Peahill Basil
5 May 1996 - 3 April 2019
We were devastated to lose our beloved Basil to colic recently. Such a special pony who brought so much enjoyment to so many people.
His cheeky character and kind nature made him memorable to so many people.
We were lucky to have had him in our lives for so many years and we hope he enjoyed his time with us as much as we enjoyed him.
He opened many doors for Murthwaite and featured on TV, magazines, met the Queen and won many awards.
R.I.P. Basil - we will never forget you.

Stanley comes home....
We are delighted to welcome Stanley back to Murthwaite Green for the 2019 season. He is still owned by Lauren, but will be here on working livery......I'm sure there will be plenty of happy customers!!!!
